Quince-idence from Whitewood Cider is made with a base cider blend of Sharp apple varieties, blended with a house made Quince extraction. The Quince Whitewood uses is harvested fresh during the last week of October from farms in Oakville and Chehalis, Washington. The cider is off-dry with delightful floral aromatics, a slight astringency, and complex fruity flavors of citrus, pineapple, honey, and a touch of vanilla.
