About:   Sparkling cider made from 100% crabapples. The crabapples for this special release first rooted decades ago in the high elevation soils of Jackson, Wyoming. They’ve seen hard winters and frosty summers. They’ve been sunburned and bruised. Yet they thrive in the mountain climate—bitter and sweet and sharp. Aged one year in an oak barrel. Wild fermented, with no residual sugars or added sulfites. Tart & fruity. Notes of sharp apple, green apple skins, Meyer lemon, bitter citrus pith, mandarin orange zest, and a slightly woody (twig or apple stem) on the finish.
